Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ICTECH Distribution, we are committed to delivering your IT hardware products safely and efficiently to your business location. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

We supply and ship IT hardware globally. Our primary shipping regions include:

• Local (UAE): All seven emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).
• International: Middle East, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on product availability, order size, and shipping destination:

• UAE Local Delivery: 1–3 business days (same-day or next-day delivery can be arranged for urgent in-stock orders).
• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days.
• Africa & Europe: 5–12 business days.
• Rest of the World: 7–15 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

• Local Delivery (UAE): Shipping charges are calculated at the time of quotation. Free delivery may apply for bulk orders.
• International Freight: International shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the chosen courier service (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or ocean/air freight forwarder). All shipping fees will be outlined clearly in your proforma invoice.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For shipments outside the United Arab Emirates, please note that the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. ICTECH Distribution is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, or local VAT/taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Dubai warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the carrier details. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier's online tracking system.

6. Order Pickup (Dubai Warehouse)

Local clients in the UAE are welcome to arrange their own transport or courier to collect orders directly from our warehouse in Dubai. Please coordinate with your sales account manager to schedule a pickup time.
