At ICTECH Distribution, we strive to make your purchasing experience as convenient, safe, and secure as possible. This Payment Policy outlines our accepted payment methods, currency policies, secure processing procedures, and tax details.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

To accommodate our diverse global clients (B2B and individual purchasers), we accept the following payment options:

• Bank / Wire Transfer (T/T): This is our preferred payment method for wholesale, bulk, and international orders. Our bank details will be provided on your official proforma invoice. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
• Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major international credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are securely processed.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash on Pickup: Available for eligible local orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Terms must be pre-arranged with your dedicated sales representative.

2. Transaction Currency

All prices quoted on our website and in official invoices are in USD (United States Dollar) or AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). For international wire transfers, payments must be settled in USD or the equivalent value in AED as agreed upon at the time of quotation.

3. Secure Transactions

Your payment security is our top priority. Our website utilizes industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect your data during checkout and registration. We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers.

4. Billing Verification

To prevent fraud and protect our customers, all orders paid via credit/debit card are subject to verification. Please ensure that the billing name, address, and phone number provided match the details associated with your payment method. Discrepancies may delay order processing.

5. Taxes, Customs, and Duties

• VAT: Local orders within the UAE are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE federal tax laws.
• International Duties: For orders shipped outside the UAE, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs tariffs, VAT, or local taxes levied by the destination country's customs authority.

6. Order Fulfillment

Please note that products are only dispatched, and inventory is only allocated, once we have received and verified the full payment. For wire transfers, order fulfillment begins as soon as the funds clear in our bank account.
